Collections’ Working Group in the GfBS

Connecting the curators of natural history and biodiversity collections and to support their work are the main objectives of the working group (WG) Collections within the GfBS. Formerly the group was called „WG Curators“. 

• Serves as a shared platform for curators in natural history collections
• Promotes professional exchange and networking among its members
• Organizes specialized workshops and symposia
• Addresses topics related to improving collection management and utilization
• Is open to colleagues with a professional interest in the field, even if they do not manage a collection
